Been here before and the staff is always very welcoming to every one greet people with a smile today i got help with my prescription. Also on the way out Sheyla the young lady help me out and check out she was very friendly and positive to my needs and pay very much attention to what I need it .. Very professional and attentive to all. THANK YOU .. And keep up the great work to all staff in this fine establishment.

My fist time coming to this location for myself. It went so smooth! Everyone was very friendly! Jennifer greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped get me the paperwork I needed to fill out. The Doctor was great, he completed a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Lily was absolutely amazing! Helped me with the ordering and checking out process!! She was busy but made everyone she was helping feel like they were important! Great experience! Would highly recommend this location!

Americas best in the Menifee location is great. The staff there is really helpful. The employee that helped me. Lily. Was amazing. I just needed a simple adjustment. And she gave excellent service and care. I will definitely be coming back

Horrible Customer Service. Came with my mother and she could not get any assistance for more than two minute intervals. I believe Lilly was the name of the woman attempting to help us everybody else, all at once. While we were trying to finish this entire process, she answered the phone and checked in almost every single person that walked in through the door. I understand that some places may be understaffed, but this seemed like more of a control problem because there were other employees kind of just standing around. And if this is an understaffed problem, they need to stop booking so many appointments at the same time. So glad there are more than one available locations in the area as we will not be returning.
