Afternoon first time contact lens visit, for my 11 year old. Mind you I filled in multiple times during booking this eye exam, that this was for a new contact lens visit. I was even asked this, in the location several times! When the exam is done, the third person there says they can’t have her try on the contacts because the doctor is leaving in 25 minutes. He has the contacts in his hand, along with her prescription and says we will have to book a time for another day when the doctor will be available to ”if needed” take the contacts out of her eyes. On top of this, he was excepting me to pay before we left, for a service we didn’t receive! We went in to get her contacts tried out, this girl was excited and prepared, no issues at all and had been watching me her whole life putting contacts in. At least give the option of her trying for 10 minutes. Don’t have exam times when the doctor is leaving! There were even time slots after mine. And don’t threaten me I will still have to pay, when you didn’t deliver the actual service I booked.
