Aldo was patient and helpful helping us pick glasses frames. It was me, my mom, and daughter. He provided excellent customer service and was so kind and friendly. Honestly, we almost walked out because the girl who said hello when we walked in was not too kind. My mom expressed her need for small frames and the girl said, ok, go look over there. Aldo made up for her lack of customer service the moment he asked if we needed help. Aldo was SO GREAT! Thank you!

Just wanted to take the time to give kudos to the staff Aldo and Yoshi were fantastic. My experience there was great and Dr.Koeler was so kind. Keep up the great job guys see you next year !!

It is unfortunate that this review has to be done, but this location pushed our patience . We waited for over three months for a pair of glasses to replaced under their sold warranty plan. Yes thee months. We were given then run around a week at a time. We hoped that walking the glasses would be ready. At one point we were told that the frames picked were discontinued. That was about two months into the wait. We did not get any call about the frames being discontinued, we only received the information because we walked in to the office. We took the time to call the corparate call center to inform them about our frustrations on June 15th We finally received our warrantied glasses, today. This place has to have some of the worst customer service I have seen in any industry. We visited this place because of convenience but we will not be coming back.

The manager is awesome. Just moved here from California and I don’t have a dr yet. My lens broken out of my eyeglasses and she fixed them for free. Told me just come back for there business! Really helped me out considering everywhere else wanted to charge an arm and leg, or they were even open when I would show up! Really love this place will definitely be returning!
