Everyone was wonderful, from the staff up in the front to the Dr. in the back!!! JACKIE especially was AWESOMEEEEEE. When I tell you, I had about 4 staff making sure I picked the right pair - because I was so indecisive…They not only made me feel like I was home joking with my family but made my service smooth and easy. 10/10 it’s so hard with customer service now a days but coming here I’d definitely recommend everyone to come. Jackie was not only patient but she was sure I know only made the right choice in style but also broke down the prices, explained any question I asked thoroughly with patience, GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides that you guys have a great team. And would make anyone want to be in the atmosphere !!!!! Did I say 20/10?!?!?!?!?!?!?!???!?!?!???!?!????

Hi! I’d been struggling for weeks with getting a pair of glasses and I finally found a great place. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor were great! I truly felt welcomed and it was all dealt with rather quickly, with no wait! I liked their deal that helped me get two pairs of glasses from it! An employee named Daisy was so kind. She was very patient and let me know my options when picking my pairs of glasses. She didn’t mind helping me pick and patiently gave helpful feedback! I just had to run to write this review and really thank Daisy for all her help. I definitely would recommend this place if you need someplace quick, professional, and welcoming! Thank you again, Daisy. You were truly what I needed after the headache I faced and the overall place was one I will think back on fondly.

Connie was super helpful and patient while we were picking out our glasses. She saved my mother in-law money on our purchase for our glasses and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We really appreciated her kindness and great customer service!

My son had a wonderful experience here! He was nervous about the exam but everyone was so nice. Mia and Rosa were amazing helping him pick glasses and get our insurance information all set up. Love this office!
