Loved every moment at America’s Best. From my first phone call, to the receptionist, to the eye doctor, to all the staff that help in picking eyeglasses. Super affordable for someone like me that needed new glasses outside of my insurance window. Highly recommend 🤍
Honestly I knew I had to write this review because I had a really great experience here today. The only thing that really affected my experience was the fact that I came in here because of a specific promotion that was explained to me one way by a very nice lady and then when I finally chose my glasses I had to sit and wait. (I came early to avoid the sitting and waiting which was working until this moment) eventually the nice guy came to check me out he told me that I had grabbed the wrong glasses and that the promotion glasses have tags of a certain color. Therefore I had to go find more glasses and wait again. If she would’ve just told me that the glasses that match the promotion had a green tag or whatever then it would’ve saved me time. And I would give 5 stars. But either way I will come here from now on, I had a great overall experience! Especially with Jason he was great the entire time I was there!
Had a extremely great visit at the America's best. Had a pair of glasses that needed repair. The great staff of employees worked very hard to fix the problem. I believe Layla was the employee who spent the time needed in this circumstances. Hopefully I have her name correct because she didn't quit. She completed the job. And I really appreciate her focus. Of course I recommend this America's best here in the plaza to all

I had a wonderful experience! I was able to book a same-day appointment and was seen immediately upon arriving early. Haley provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely helpful, showed me different options, and took the time to clearly explain everything. Her friendly and patient approach made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend!
