wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing manager, Malik. He is always friendly, positive, and welcoming, and he is truly the reason I keep coming back. Every time I visit, he provides outstanding customer service and demonstrates an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism. Malik consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. He represents the store exceptionally well and embodies what a great manager should be. His dedication, attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction do not go unnoticed. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my appreciation because Malik provides the same excellent service every single time. He is a tremendous asset to your team, and I wanted to make sure his hard work and exceptional service are recognized.

My husband and I decided to walk-in and see if they could adjust our glasses since they kept sliding down our noses. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the manager, Malik. He was very polite and immediately told us to sit down he checked our glasses and started adjusting. As he was taking care of us another customer came in and he greeted them and answered their questions. He gave us our glasses back for us to try on and they fit so much better. He was great and we love going to this location for their customer service.

I visited the America's Best Contact lenses and eyeglasses in Compton. When I arrived at the store, there were plenty of parking spaces. I went inside of the store. The store was cleaned and well-maintained. Their displays were organized. I noticed that they had various selections of eyeglasses frames. And they had many eyeglass frames were sale. They had a special sale. You could get two eyeglasses for only $79.00. These were excellent prices. And the glass frames were good quality frames. They had many fashionable designs of eyeglasses frames and the quality was great. The glass frames looked durable and strong so if I dropped the glasses, they would not break easily. I had vision insurance so I didn't have to pay anything. I got two glasses that were fully covered. Also, a young lady who was an optician was helpful and attentive. She helped me to choose my glasses. I know that if you don't have vision insurance, getting a new eyeglasses would be very expensive. Even though you don't have the insurance, you could get the eyeglasses for affordable prices. I would like to recommend American's Best Contact & Eyeglasses in Compton store to everyone. I travel down from Atlanta every so often and when necessary I come into Americas Best to assist my father. My father’s appointment for today was scheduled for 3:00pm. I had several hours before the appointment would begin and I wanted to take the initiative and time to fill out any and all additional paperwork so that everything afterwards would be a smooth and pleasant transition. Upon arriving at America’s Best, I was greeted by a representative named Johnny who I thought was polite with a pleasant personality in the beginning. However, Once I started speaking in more depth with Johnny, I sensed a very strong attitude as if he was no longer interested in assisting me with answering my inquiries or concerns. He became highly distraught and spoke of how there are other customers that needed assistance, but as I looked around the facility, all of the current customers that were there were already being assisted by other representatives at that time. He got up and proceeded to his computer to input paperwork for other customers. I started to walk out of the building, but spoke to Malik who took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my inquiries pertaining to my fathers eye chart and description and ensured that my father’s appointment would have everything he needed. Had a great experience at America’s Best. The minute I walked in the staff was so professional and very welcoming. I felt like I had known the employees here for a lifetime. Felt really at home here. This is definitely my new place to purchase glasses from now on. Really want to give a special thanks to Jason for making this experience easy as it could have possibly been. Helping me choose my frames and going over the whole process with me. If you want to experience excellent customer service from exam to choosing frames then this is the place that I highly recommend!
