I am so pleased with America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.🤗 The staff is so courteous and professional. They actually take the time to explain the eye test procedure step by step with care and patience, in which I did appreciate very much. And the optometrist was absolutely unbelievably the very best!😇 Dr. Edwards was so caring with natural human kindness. The prices for glasses is affordable and that's a major plus! If you need glasses or an eye exam I 100% recommend America's Best! No other eye ware company can compare to America's Best and if they do try their not no where near good as America's Best! This will be my first pair (2) of glasses and I am so completely satisfied. I couldn't be more happy!😊

Ive NEVER had luck with optometrist bought frames!! They try and adjust them and they always seem to fall sideways, figured out they need to fit taught on your face. Things these supposed professionals should be telling us before we commit into buying glasses. So please dont spend your money at these optometrist places, go to the swap meet pick up your favorite sunnies for 25 bucks and turn them into your prescription glasses or spend 60 bucks and get yourself some fake designers LOL. They're just as good quality or sometimes BETTER. My $8 Pradas, that I had turned into rx sunglasses fit PERFECT!! My foster grants for $30, that i had turned into bifocal are the BEST!!
Been coming here for a couple of years but after my last visit, never again. Brought back my prescription sunglasses to get the lenses redone due to quality issues. They have a great policy about redoing glasses if you're not satisfied so no issues there. I just had a bad and uncomfortable experience dealing with Michelle. Rude and condescending, also threw me a couple of dirty looks. Not sure if she's like this all the time or just having a bad day but I'm not interested in trying to dodge her every time I go there. Two stars instead of one because everyone else I've ever dealt with there has been friendly and professional.
Such welcoming vibes as soon as you walk in. When I came in, they assisted me right away and were able to pop my lenses into another frame! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back. 😊
I have been dealing with Americas best for years. Never again! I went there in November 25, to get examined for glasses. At the time, i was told there was bleeding behind my eyes. i feel I should have been warned that it could be problematic. I am not the doctor. Instead, I was encouraged to find frames, of which I purchased 2 pair. I went in the hospital shortly after in December. They called me telling me the glasses were ready. They were picked within time frame, but as we tried them on, i told the lady fitting me, i couldn't see out of them. She encouraged me to try them for 30 days . I went back and told them nothing had changed. I was examined again and told by t h e doctor there was more bleeding, and I saw out of them before, and couldn't be helped. I spoke with a manager, who told me to get my diabetes in control, and see the eye doctor. Seeing the eye doctor took some time, due to availability of appointments. I spoke with the manager again. This time she started backpeddeĺing, and started giving the run around. I live on a fixed income , and dont have money to through to the wind. It seems to me, I should have been told at my examination to see the other doctor, instead of collecting my money first
