My office visit was amazing. The doctor talk to me. He listened and addressed my concerns. The customer service is amazing. The ladies in the front are always so welcoming no matter how many times I walk in there. The wait time is never long. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the selection for glasses are really good. This is one of the best Eye Doctors in the city of Hemet.

My daughter and I are first time patients here and everyone is so nice and professional. Dr.Reis was nice and thorough, as well as Nancy the Nurse🤍 We came from a different optometrist where we had a terrible experience. We are happy to be patients here and will definitely be back👍🏼

I need a new contacts and glasses and googled nearest office in Hemet and found Dr Brian Higa. I called them and they scheduled me an appointment right away. I had a very nice experience. The doctor is awesome and the girls at the front desk are fantastic, very helpful and thorough. Dr higa went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and that my vision with the contacts would be perfect and what I needed. He also gave me a prescription for glasses to get later if need be. My whole experience went very well. Everyone so friendly and welcoming, I love the office and most of all only about 10 minutes away from my home, so convenient! I will definitely spread the word to my family and friends! 😊...
