I needed a repair, and I was greeted with a wide smile. Joyce was very helpful and did a GREAT job, even though there would not be any charge. I will definately purchase my next pair of glasses there. Thank you, Joyce.

Both me and my brother went and made and appointment for our eye check up thing, whatever its called, and were seen the same day in 10 minutes, then were able to choose the frames for our next pairs of glasses same day. The staff were very kind and informative, they made clear all the benefits of our insurance to make sure we didn't miss out on anything, or misunderstand anything. And only 4 days later, were stopped by to receive both of our pairs of glasses. Very quick, efficient, and kind. Props to the staff, great work! No complaints.

Great service! My husband broke the nose piece off his glasses and needed them fixed. I suggested we go to the Wal Mart Vision place. We walked in, were greeted right away and helped immediately! There were two gals both friendly & helpful. We purchased the needed piece. They fixed his glasses quickly! He put on his glasses and they checked for accuracy & away we went. Now that’s service!!👍🏻

This is the worst place to get your glasses. Total lack of organization & complete lack of respect towards patients & their vision needs. Office forgot to place my order for 4 months then sent the wrong glasses. My eyes are worse now than they were before. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO GOT

We have a appointment at 10 am and more then 90 min we waiting and the lady in window I think her name Suzy she is realty rude she said she will call me to make sure my insurance working and she never called I have to go again and make the appointment again and here again waiting again bad service rude people
