The staff are kind and courteous. The Dr. took her time with me. The days that she works in this building, seems to be very busy. It's a large and clean office that still is practicing COVID-19 protocol, which makes me more comfortable about going in.

Had a great experience here. The staff are very nice and respectful. They also let my son talk their ear off, lol. I paid for 2 glasses, for less than 1, I bought at my last Optometrist. The Dr took her time and thoroughly answered my questions. I will definitely be going back, and letting everyone I know about them.😊

Great service if you don't mind waiting over a month to see. Our promise date was 2 weeks after we saw the "virtual" eye doctor and it's been 5 weeks. They said they had a vendor issue but after calling our grievance dept. at our eye insurance, it turns out that they didn't submit our order until 2 weeks later our initial visit. Needless to say, we will never go back to this place.

I have been wearing glasses for 40 years and this is the best place that I have ever gotten glasses. They have a huge selection to choose from, the prices are great and the ladies working there are extremely nice! They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy! They don't rush you! You can take as long as you need to, to choose the right frame and they are very good at suggesting styles that they think will fit your style and shape of your face. I highly recommend this optometry center. You won't regret it!

I had my first eye appointment in 15 years on 8/1/2022. I'm terrified of the eye doctor; however, I knew I needed glasses as my eyesight has gone down hill. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I checked in. The technician who did my diagnostics was very friendly as well and answered all of my questions. Dr. Pham was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find the perfect prescription for my needs. She also answered all of my questions and made me feel heard with all of my concerns. I chose my glasses the same day of my appointment and the reception was very helpful in assisting me with what my insurance covered. I was told my glasses would be ready for pick up 2 weeks after my appointment. Today, 8/5/2022, I received a text message letting me know my glasses were ready! 4 days, not two weeks! This was incredible!! When I showed up to pick up my glasses, reception was, again, incredibly friendly and helpful!! I was able to pick up my glasses and when I tried them on, not only was the prescription perfect (I can finally see!), but the frames fit perfectly! Pick up was quick and easy! I will be recommending this eye doctor to everyone I know and will most definitely be making them my go to for all future eye exams and glasses needs. Thank you Focus Vision for everything!!
