When I ordered reading glasses here, they engaged in a Lack of Informed Consent when attempting to charge me extra money before I left without having told me in advance that there would be an additional fee for the pictures of my eyes taken during the exam. My insurance company filed a grievance against them for their Professional Misconduct and now Dr. Simpson is withholding my glasses from me out of spite. It's been 15 days for a pair of magnifiers that normally have a 3-4 day turnaround. Dr. Simpson is a spiteful person. Don't do business here if you ever intend to receive your glasses.

Dr. Simpson gave me my first pair of glasses over 30 years ago and he continues to provide outstanding care and service. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable eye doctor and hes provided excellent service to three generations of my family for many years. Recently, he fitted me with a new pair of contacts for astigmatism and he spent a lot of time ensuring they were the best prescription and fit for me. This is by far the best I've seen using contacts in a long time. His entire staff is also outstanding, very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson.

The Dr. is awesome , but when lenses went bad the lab broke frame . Want me to pay for their screw up . Not only pay they said they'd give me 70% discount, oakley wants 187 but after 70% off they want 186. How insulting.

Amazing experience ! The staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Simpson is so kind to explain it all in detail and takes his time very personable and overall just very kind and funny! This has definitely been one of my family's best experiences. Definitely recommend this practice. For the whole family !!

I’ve been a patient at this office for years now, but today I had the best visit with Dr. Simpson. Not only was he very knowledgeable and informative regarding everything to do with my exam, he also got very personal and conversational which made me feel seen as a person and not just another patient. He could have easily just been transactional with the visit and it could have been over quick but he took the time to educate me on why we do certain tests and what they look for when performing these tests, making me think about my health otherwise. Thank you again Dr. Simpson for the care you showed today!
