I went to fix my glasses and everything went well and really fast. I had 2 employees help me Edgar and Gabby. They were both really sweet and helpful. 10/10
I am beyond disappointed with the treatment I received at this location. What should have been a routine and professional experience turned into repeated frustration, disrespect, and poor customer service. When I first came here, I took advantage of a deal and paid around $330 for a six-month supply of contacts, which was supposed to include a renewed prescription when it expired. Despite paying that amount, I was never offered trial lenses and was simply told they were unavailable. As a paying customer, I expected far better service. The problems continued when I returned after one of my contact lenses tore. Instead of showing concern or offering assistance, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. No replacement, no solution—just attitude. Most recently, I returned to renew my prescription because I had been told by another provider that my current one, though still valid for two more months, was too close to expiration for them to sell me contacts. Rather than understanding the situation, I was told it was “too early” to renew and was once again met with resistance and unnecessary attitude. What made the experience even worse was that when I attempted to purchase contacts there, I was again told there were no trial lenses available. This has become a pattern. Every single time I have tried to purchase contacts here, there has been some excuse. In fact, during my visit, the doctor instructed staff in front of me not to provide trial lenses. That moment confirmed everything I had already felt—that customer care was not a priority. To make matters worse, Edgar at the front desk was disrespectful and unprofessional. He questioned my cousin’s knowledge in eye care and made dismissive remarks that were completely inappropriate. Front desk staff should represent the business with courtesy, not arrogance. This was not just one bad day—it has been a repeated cycle of poor treatment. For a place that deals directly with patients’ health and vision, the lack of empathy, honesty, and professionalism is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated, undervalued, and deeply disappointed. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before trusting this location with their eye care needs.
Nina and staff were super nice and communicative on expectations. I really appreciate kindness ands help with the much needed repair on my daughter’s glasses. I will definitely continue to use America’s Best for any glass services
Thank you so much Nina for adjusting my glasses and nose pads ! They were super messed up from me laying on them, etc but Nina fixed them perfectly!
