Costco Optical department. This is my go to place for my prescription glasses! Chris, Wendi, Anita, Adrian and the rest of the staff are the best in the West! They go above and beyond and out of there way to make sure you get the best glasses to fit your needs! I have been going to them for the last 15 years. I would not hesitate to go there foe their top notch service. You can thank me later. Real review
Spoke to David he said he is the manager at the Optical maybe it's time for Costco to re-evaluate what goes on in there store! They had placed a replacement order and then they canceled my order. My previous contacts came defective, 2 pairs and Because my prescription had just expired they said they can't order it anymore so this whole time I was waiting for nothing and not even a phone call to let me know! what about my 2 pairs that came defective??? they aren't cheap! As a customer all we can do is let you guys know AND I BROUGHT THE CONTACTS IN TO SHOW YOU GUYS!
This eye doctor was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I was in to get bifocals, (I had tried the progressive lenses at another place twice!! and was unable to get used to them) The eye doctor at Costco told me to give it another try, I trusted him and I am soooo happy I did! (apparently the other place I went to just messed it up) I love my progressive lenses and thank the Doctor for taking care of me so well!
The gentleman that worked the evening Shift on 9/13/23 (Arnold, Oscar, Edgar come to mind… can’t remember his name) was so helpful and friendly. He repaired my glasses. They haven’t fit well in over a year. I’m so grateful!
I am impressed with their service! They have a wonderful Master Chris who fixed three pair of my glasses! And they fix them for free! (I mean minor fixes) I’m so happy and grateful! Thank you Chris, you’re the best! Highly recommended service
