I had an excellent experience at America’s Best in Westminster. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was the peace of mind they gave me. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the eye doctor. Mariana was so kind when she checked us in she then walked us to the frame boards while we waited. Natalie and Nick helped me and my mom pick out beautiful frames then Torie took us back. She was incredibly patient with me because I’m really bad with the air puff machine. Then Dr Haskell did our exam and really explained everything so thoroughly. Mariana met us at the end and checked us out. What an amazing experience I can’t wait to come back next year
I would definitely recommend this place for glasses. Tania took really great care of me from opening the door for me (I use a cane) to helping me choose my frames. I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Tania was there. She adjusted my frames with patience and a genuine concern that they were comfortable for me. I will surely be getting my glasses here in the future and hoping Tania will be assisting me again…Debbi
I ordered two pairs of glasses April 25th. My glasses arrived May 6th, went to pick them up and when the lady was adjusting them she cracked the frame of the glasses. That is no issue and accidents do happen. On Saturday May 9th I got a text that my glasses were ready, I arrived at 9am and they could not find my pair of glasses. I had to be somewhere so I left, they called me 30 minutes later and let me know they found them. I drove again to pick them up and they handed me the same pair of cracked glasses. I asked for a manager and of course there was not one around. I asked if she would give me a call to rectify this issue. I got no phone call, I called again May 14th and was informed they should be dropped off any moment know by UPS, and to expect to pick them up that weekend. Still no call they were ever ready. Called today (May 19th) and was informed they were actually still at the lab and haven’t been shipped at all and will probably be another 2-3 weeks. I asked if the manager would call me, (surprise she never did)! Went in and requested a full refund, and they were kind and did give me money back. Now I am out a pair of glasses and a month of my time wasted. What a waste of time, and a waste of space of a business. My Dr. who did my exam was excellent, and the lady who helped me get my glasses was most helpful at the time (Brittany.) I wish that everyone around them would do their job as well as them.
The exam was fairly good. What I did like is that the doctor reduced the astigmatism correction and help me work through multiple types of prescriptions to find one that is actually functional. Recommend that eye exam. What I don’t recommend is the fact that they only made a partial Contact script and left off one eye. You need to fill out what kind of contact each eye can have. They said I had a box at home and so they didn’t fill out one of the eyes. I am getting a script and it needs to be fully functional for the year so that I can order new boxes for both eyes. They kept trying to push the $20 club. Apparently America’s best Corporate has a gimmick that says you can only get a prescription for your eyes for one year for for eyeglasses and actually it’s two in the state of Colorado. That’s how they sell $20 for the club. Everything felt like a gimmick. They sold one box of contacts for $56, Costco sold it for $38 I kept asking for what the cost of the lenses are for scratch resistance UV protection coding to make driving at night better in the thinness lens. I was quoted for one pair over $250 for frames that were $40. At Costco my frames would’ve been $70 plus $80 for lenses. Great exam the rest not so much.
