Dr. Foos and the technician were wonderful, they were very caring and I appreciated the books and toys that were available while we were waiting. The reason that I give this a 3-star review is that I found out after the appointment and that I owed the full cost of the visit, the provider was out of network for medical (in network for vision only). I had provided my insurance information weeks in advance of the appointment, and again on the day of the appointment. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up that I would be responsible for the entire cost of the visit before hand.

This is the best eye clinic in the US! At least in Colorado for sure. The doctors are super knowledgeable and the staff are very friendly. Had no trouble getting an appointment and having all of my eye questions answered. They see adults and children so I’m going to get the whole family’s eyes checked. Go see Dr. Krebs! She is the best. I was feeling nervous about my exam but she calmed me down and helped me with my new prescription.

FANTASTIC service from the Optical Department! We usually go to the Wheat Ridge office because my girls see Dr. Steele (who is amazing by the way) but the Optical Department at the Wheat Ridge office is impossible to get ahold of. After calling multiple times with no answer, I left a voicemail for a call back and two weeks later - still haven't heard back. This exact same thing happened to me a year ago at that office. So, with a little backstory, I ended up calling the Erie office and the gentleman who has answered the phone every time I've called over the last two weeks has been phenomenal! He's kind and helpful and truly an asset because I'm not sure I would have gotten our order placed without him! I wish I got his name but Thank You either way!

Dr Foos is a caring and compassionate physician. He took his time to examine and evaluate my vision. He explained everything to me in day to day terms that I could understand. The staff was friendly and professional. This is a great place to receive vision care.

I came in super late and they were still very polite and willing to work with me and my son. Everyone at the front desk was super sweet and not to mention the nurse that took us back that day, he was so nice and when my son got a bit emotional he was able to comfort him and i thought that was such a sweet gesture of his part. Also Dr. Arbuckle is the best! We’ve visited with him for quite some time now. I visitied 05/21/2026
