Every one here when we went was so incredibly pleasant. From the time we were greeted and checked in, worked with multiple technicians throughout our visit to the remote physician we were guided very well and everyone was very helpful and kind. I was a little unsure of how the remote physician process would work out, but it was super easy. Super patient with lots of questions, especially at check out figuring out what insurance would cover and what the best route would be. The wait time was long, we were there three hours - but there was a lot going on and their kindness and wanting to help more than made up for it. I mean it's a doctor's office, as with all of them I would just prepare to be there a while, have fun trying on all the glasses that's what I did. Lol I've gone to most if not all of the locations in the Springs over the years, I really liked this location. I've never had a bad experience at an America's Best, but this one was a stand out good experience. The people make the difference.
