I had the best experience. All the ladies there went out of their way to help me and feel comfortable with the process. The Dr was also amazing helpful and informative. They give me the extra special satisfaction you’re looking for when dealing with your eyesight. Thanks all of you so much ❤️❤️
They canceled my appointment last minute cause THEY took too many walk ins and were behind. Apparently walk ins are more important than appointments. I’ve been going to Americas best for almost 2 decades and I’ve never dealt with such shitty customer service. They also said “we tried to reach out but got no answer” never once did they text nor call before just cancelling on me. Disgusting and ugly behavior by everyone who works there
Great Serbia and amazing staff. They took the time to answer my questions about my son’s vision. They were amazing. They are friendly and the on-site optometrist is very professional. She took the extra time that we needed. If you’re nearby, go see this location. They will take care of your family.
Front desk lady didn’t put her call on hold to address me. I waited 57 minutes from my appointment time. Robin was very professional and pleasant when doing my pre exam. Virtual doctor was very informative and thorough. Andrea was very professional and sweet when helping me to get fitted for glasses and checking me out. Beware that if you have to have progressive lenses expect a high price but that is common. Other than the long wait I was very satisfied. I am a repeat customer this was my second experience and I will return next year.
It's infinitely better than the myeyedr by the mall. They really only did things that should be normal for an eyecare provider, but that's my only comparison in this area. They didn't surprise me with a virtual appointment (why would I drive somewhere to have an internet appointment?) They told what my insurance would and wouldn't cover, and the charged me the correct amount the first time. Then my glasses arrived when they said they would. Myeyedr did none kf those things.
