Been here an hour and still have yet to see anyone. It's My second trip back since my original appointment had me sitting in the waiting room to talk to a sales person for over an hour just to get contacts ordered. I had to leave with nothing that time and it looks like I'm gonna leave empty handed again. The service here SUCKS!!! I've never in my life been outright ignored by an employee. I just need my prescription so I can leave.
More like America's Worst. We have been using this location for a few years now, but this year when making our appointments they didn't bother to tell us we needed to wait one more day for our insurance to apply. All so you could gouge us for the exam fees?! And, my prescription isn't even correct. I told you repeatedly the glasses were for computer use and they are set for about 3 inches from my face, not the 20 inches I need to look at monitors. You just lost 4 customers due to your greed & lack of care.
Tried the remote eye exam and it wasn’t really working and the woman who was doing my exam seemed nervous that I was gonna be upset which I was not because you can’t control what machines and tech are gonna do, however what did bother me was this very nice woman asking either her boss or her co worker for help, a woman named Taylor, and Taylor came into the room after the nice redhead asked her for help and got the most rude response and disgusting tone. I don’t know when talking down to your co worker in front of a patient became acceptable but it really shouldn’t be. It was weird and super unprofessional and immediately made me just reschedule not for the lack of the machines working but because that behavior makes others uncomfortable. To the very sweet redheaded woman who was doing my exam I admire your patience.
Showed up for an eye exam to be told that I have a “remote eye exam” scheduled. My appt was over an hour and 15 min ago and I’m still in the waiting room. Edit to add - 2 hours spent at location for a 5 min video exam. Plus got home and tried to order contacts only to find a spectacle rx only. No contact lens rx. Called Hiram location 3x because no one answered the phone at 1:30pm only to be told they weren’t sure why I didn’t receive lens rx and that I’d need to make the 1.5 hour round trip to their location to pick it up. No way to email a rx. With gas at $4 gallon; that’s a big headache for their mess up.
