The Staff were so nice and accomodating, ensuring I understood exactly what my insurance would cover and worked with me to find something perfect for my budget. Nichole was super helpful and made sure I had a pleasant experience from when I walked into the door. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Usman Akbar and his assistant run my eye exam. He was very professional and very polite. I was in and out no problem!
I had purchased glasses a year and a half ago from America’s best in Pooler and my sunglasses never felt right. I expressed my concern when coming with this new prescription. Nicole was amazing! She gave me a lot of attention and explained what would be difference on the new glasses. With the finishes she suggested to put on them —they are absolutely perfect. In addition, Nicole was able to rush the order for me to take on vacation. Her reassurance and professionalism was top-notch and I appreciate the experience that she provided.
I have to say, Nene, Jenny, and Victoria were such a treat to work with. During my exam, that were quick to get me in the office and start my exam. They were clear with instructions and ensure that I was able to meet the doctor in a timely manner. I'm always unsure of what style would be best for me but thankfully Nene was able help me pick a stylish pair of glasses. I always enjoy my experience at this store.
I returned the over priced pair of glasses. Nichole and Jenni were amazing. They got my son two new pairs of glasses at a great price. Explained everything and took the time he needed to get the right lenses. I got the refund from hinesville location, I will not go in that store again. I gladly drive over an hour to the victory drive location for knowledgeable and friendly service. They turned one overpriced pair of glasses into 6 pairs just for my family. Because they know their stuff, I will continue to use America’s Best. Super happy customer! And even happier mom!
Absolutly love my new glasses. They arrived tad lose and gm didn’t know how to adjust them and told me to return the next day. Nichole was able to adjust them for me. She was also the one to help me find the beautiful frame and told me about transitions. Can’t be happier with my service from Nichole and my new glasses. Thank you so much ❤️
