My visits to Savannah Family Eye Care have been first-rate in every way. Scheduling is easy online or by phone. If you use their online portal, insurance coverage will be verified before you arrive. Pricing is transparent. Dr. Freeman is very knowledgeable, professional, and warm, as is her staff. Her office features the latest in eye care technology and is spotless and comfortable. Easily accessible. (No stairs or ramps.) Bonus: free parking, and you can pick up a scrumptious slice at Screamin’ Mimi’s when you are done. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Freeman after visiting a provider who provided less than stellar service. Dr. Freeman is very knowledgeable and very personable and so is her staff. I felt heard and she was committed to making sure she obtained the right prescription for me. I HIGHLY recommend her for your eyecare needs! Thank you Dr. Freeman!

Savannah Family Eye Care is easily your choice for all of your eye care needs in the Savannah Metro area. Dr Freeman and the staff provide top-notch care in an always welcoming/professional environment. They also boast a fantastic assortment of frame collections..also best in the Savannah area. Don’t take my word for it, pay them a visit and I’m certain you will agree!

Took my son (8yo) and this was the best experience he has had so far (3rd year needing glasses). They were very thorough and friendly, and they worked with him to make sure he was comfortable the entire time. And it was great that we could order new lenses for his glasses while we were there. On-site parking, great location, booked the appointment online and did all paperwork online ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Dr Caroline Freeman is just the best optometrist I have used since coming to Savannah 2 years ago. She is friendly and patient focused. A doctor that is on point with the latest technologies in the business. She is amazing and just easy to speak to about your vision care. Her selection of glasses are fashionable and knows the best contacts to help you see your best. I can go on and on about her; I highly recommend her to all my friends & family💜
