America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Beware. This location informed me my exam and glasses were both completely covered. Then months later, I received bills for both the glasses and exam. When calling America's Best to inquire about the charges, agents were rude. After no resolve, I called to pay the bill and found out they sent it to collections after the first notice! It had not even been a month. I could not even pay, because it was in collection. Even the representative was shocked. I filled a Better Business Bureau complaint to resolve being sent to collections and was just informed by the BBB that they did not respond after numerous attempts. You know they know they have unethical practices when they do not even respond to the BBB. It's upsetting becuase I have perfect credit and didn't even need the glasses, I was just getting a new pair because they said it was completely covered. I would not have gotten them. They lie and try to ruin your credit.

Mr. Logan took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming team especially Loganville location.

I had such an amazing experience here! I arrived early to my appointment, and they still got me in right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Patel was incredibly sweet and thorough. This was my first time doing a virtual appointment, and it was wonderful! It was so much quicker than a traditional eye doctor visit, and honestly, it didn’t feel much different than having a doctor physically in the room. Also, Tina (the associate) was absolutely amazing, so kind and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed chatting with her after my appointment! I highly recommend trying this America’s Best location. It’s also in a less busy area of Loganville, which made the whole experience even better!

I had the most wonderful experience here. It has been a while since ive had my eyes examined but Dr. Lazina Choudhry has my upmost thanks and gave me the best care. I went in thinking I was just getting a regular exam because I needed contacts and had a small headache. Dr. Choudhry found swelling the back of one of my eyes and immediately sent me to the ER for testing. She went over what an IIH was, possibly causes and what needs to be done. She answered all questions very professionally and gave me the best and worse case scenario. I cannot thank her enough for getting me to where I needed to go. 10/10 experience, i would recommend her to anyone.

She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely delightful to work with. We really appreciated her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend asking for Tristian if you visit! 👓
