Best hidden secret in Loganville. Dr Dempsey took his time with my exam as I had been through 2 other eye appts with other companies that did not produce the correct glasses. They were too strong meaning they added progressive too and didn’t tell me and the prism was in the wrong lens. Every test was explained each test showed my vision could be corrected with the proper prescription and the correct prism number in the eye needed was this time put in the correct lens. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. I never had an dr office explain my vision insurance and not push the most expensive product. The frame choices were so many making my choice difficult but I chose a great one with Melissa help. The entire staff was friendly and was waiting for me when I arrived for my appt. I found me a new eyeglass Dr and home!! Tracy you were awesome, kind and understanding. Thank you to everyone !!!
Dr. Ellis has provided excellent care, while providing information during and follow up appointments. The clarity she brings to the table has been a refreshing experience.
As someone who is overly punctual and does not like to have my time wasted sitting in a Dr. Office, I highly recommend Dr. Dempsey and his staff. Appt @ 9, arrived at 8:50 (prefilled the paperwork of course). Out @ 9:27. Didn’t feel rushed, all questions answered, and even selected a new pair of cute glasses in that timeframe. (Disclaimer: I don’t have any serious eye problems that would require special attention.)
They are great eye care in Logamville. I have been going here since the previohs owner Dr. Frey and Dr.Dempsey and team have done a great job keeping me satisfied.
