I booked my eye appointment (since I have my eye care club) at 5:20 after work on a Thursday and the experience was the best I’ve ever had at americas! Every step of my appointment was explained and the staff there were so helpful and personable. Dr. Jian especially detailed every step of my eye exam and what she was looking for and most importantly heard my concerns and what I wanted to know about Lasik or other alternatives. Cara helped me out when I wanted to purchase some glasses and she explained what each add on option was and what they did and helped me get set up without any judgement!

Do not come here. Unprofessional. To clarify more on to this matter. My mom who is the client and not me. I am writing this on due to what I have experience. First, My mom called ahead of time and book an appointment. She ask if there was a Spanish speaker and they said "Yes" . To add she wanted somewhere close and not drive far. And I decided to go with her to show her the way so she can go alone. We arrived there and my mom ask if there was a Spanish speaker. They said no but later one will come soon. I was a little frustrated but we decided to go ahead take the exam and I decided to translate on her behalf. Everything went well the two ladies that perform the exams did good and everything was fine until check out. At checkout they finally had a translator to do the checkout for the new glasses. Everything was fine and my mom was happy to be able to communicate with someone. She proceeded to check out glasses and then someone decide to take away the Spanish speaking person. While my mom was still checking out new glasses. My thoughts were maybe she went to the bathroom or get something from the back but she was replace with a non Spanish speaking. I try my best to walk her through the explanation for the new glasses and when the Spanish speaker return she was assign to another client. At this point, my mom returned with the glasses she wanted and she was happily wanted to communicate with the Spanish speaker and tell her what she wanted but in her surprise they change the person to do the checkout. I was very frustrated and I wanted to leave. I did not want to cause a scene, so I told my mom not to buy the glasses and that we should leave. And we left. My mom is a kind lady and doesn't really know too much English, and especially if they use higher- level English vocabulary. I felt the people at the front disrespected my mom and I know my mom she again a kind person doesn't want no trouble. In my 37 years alive, I never experience this. An ok/ bad experience.
I had a bad experience with this store. I had my son’s eyes examined and ordered glasses using insurance, only to find out that the glasses came with no warranty; I also received no guidance when he was choosing the frames. It would have helped, for instance, if the associate had offered some positive or negative feedback during the selection process. Ultimately, I had to order a second pair of glasses with the same prescription—paying for them myself—just to get a warranty. The service at America's Best in Atlanta (Snellville and Duluth) doesn't compare to the service I received in New York.
I will never go to any other location. Dr. Jian and her team are incredible. This is the first time I’ve had an eye exam where I felt like the doctor truly wanted to address any concerns I may have. No shoving add-ons or additional exams. Thank you for such a pleasant appointment!
I was so relieved to find this location after some really frustrating experiences elsewhere. Was able to get a same-day appointment, the staff was great , everyone was smiling and actually seemed happy to be there. Dr. Jian was amazing. She listened, acknowledged my concerns, and told me exactly what she was going to do next. I left finally feeling like someone actually cared. Will definitely be back!
