My first time ever using America’s Best and im super pleased. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me get the best glasses at a very reasonable price. I made my appointment online and to my surprise they had an available appointment the very next day. Dr was very detailed and listen to all my concerns and health and family history and gave me new options for treatment for my chronic dry eyes and sjogrens.

My experience at America's Best was great the staff is great with the customers, they are courteous and attentive, and Shannon was a big help in getting me the information I needed about a different types of glasses and style that was offered and she was a great help from start to finish, I give them a 10 out of 10

New Thomasville location is delightful. Staff is the best, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Takes EyeMed Insurance 👍🏼

Really great experience from the moment I walked in! The team was attentive, ensuring I had a positive experience. It was my first time with virtual optometry and it went so smoothly without any issues. I recommend this America's Best location in Thomasville. Great staff, techs and providers!

I had the best experience. I walked in and was greeted by Aunna and she was very polite and professional! Shannon helped me with purchasing my glasses with prescription and was very helpful with all the questions I had! I definitely will be back!
