I recently visited the Thomasville Eye Surgery for cataract surgery at 2282 E Pinetree Blvd, in Thomasville, GA. I was pleasantly greeted when I made my initial visit for surgery. The woman at the desk was very helpful and got me set up. I was called in promptly and the staff was very professional and moved me along very quickly. Good job. Thanks
Obviously, their time is more important than mine. My appointment was an hour ago and I am still waiting. This is not abnormal. It’s always like this. Time to find a new ophthalmologist! I would rather drive an hour for an appointment than sit in this freezing lobby!
Why give me a set appointment time and tell me if I can’t be here or show up on time I will get charged a$35 penalty fee and then I sit here and wait 1 hour+ to be seen? Appointment time was 955 and it’s almost 1055 and still sitting here. I had to miss work for this appointment.
I've been going to Thomasville Eye Center since 2014 and experienced the best eye care & service in Ga .. The staff is well trained and professional . From administration, to eye exam and consultation the service is excellent. They treat the patients like royalty Dr Michael Magbalon is one of the best eye surgeons on the state of Ga. Highly trained medical professional who really cares about the patients. I strongly recommend Thomasville Eye Center for your eye needs, you will not be disappointed and ask for Dr Magbalon and experienced the best treatment, results and attentive eye care.
