I would give this place 5 stars. The doctors and the front desk staff were amazing, as usual. They’re always helpful and nice. However, the woman who checked me out was rude as could be and extremely impatient. She cocked an attitude the minute I sat down for some reason and was very rude. She was mad she had to look up my insurance and acted like it was a big deal. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. She had a mask on so I couldn’t see her facial expressions, but the way she was talking was very condescending. She definitely needs better customer service skills.

Danyail provided such an amazing customer service ! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from start to finish. Danyail took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my purchase. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. I highly recommend Danyail to anyone!

Friendly, efficient. My glasses came in so quickly. I was expecting 2 weeks but they were ready in 7 days. I did come back the next day after picking up to have them adjusted because I have a smaller face. All done. I've been to AB in the past and had a great experience. I tried two other places since just for travel convenience closer to home and was not thrilled. Long, drawn out appointments and extremely expensive. Back to America's Best and this is where I will continue on with future glasses.

Front desk lady is very pleasant and so are the doctors. Thank you for your help. Everyone in between the process needs a lot of support to get better in customer service. They kept me waiting for a very long time. A transaction that normally should take no more than 40 minutes (from front desk to after doctor’s time) took me almost two hours. And all waiting and waiting. It is going to be almost one month and I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive.
