Phil is the funniest guy ever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phil at America’s Best in Tinley Park was absolutely fantastic! He made what could’ve been a routine visit genuinely fun. We spent most of the appointment laughing, and by the end my sides actually hurt from laughing so much. 😂 He was friendly, personable, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to meet someone who can make errands feel like you’re catching up with an old friend. Great customer service, a great sense of humor, and an all-around great guy. If you stop by America’s Best, do yourself a favor and ask for Phil. He made our day!

I had an eye exam at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses about a week ago and it was an excellent experience. There was no waiting time, and the entire process was smooth and very well organized. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. I was quickly taken in for the computerized vision test, with everything clearly explained, and then seen by the doctor right away. The visit was fast, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. I also chose to fill my prescription there and I’m currently waiting for my glasses. So far, I’m very impressed and will update my review once I receive them.

She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect frames and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. My husband and I went to this location for an eye exam. When we arrived, the two staff members at the desk were so kind. The eye doctors themselves were also very kind, informative, and funny. The sales clerks treated us warmly and helped us reach a very nice price.

Jenan and all the staff at this americas best are the best there is. The manager is good people and truly cares about her clients and staff. I have had my eye club membership for so long and been to many americas best locations across the country but this location is by far the greatest. They will most definitely take care of you.
