The staff and everyone here were absolutely superb! From the start to finish the experience was exceptional. I was examined by Dr. Omar and fit for both contacts and glasses same visit same day she was thorough and got my script made out in a timely fashion. I was then introduced to Kathy who helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and gave me every option available for my lenses. Kathy walked me through all of the types of lenses offered and with my job she gave me the best possible outcome of glasses! Highly recommend coming here to get your eyes checked and glasses! Thank you all very much for the experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with Family Eye Physicians. I had a scheduled appointment and still waited nearly TWO HOURS before being seen. It honestly felt like they were booking patients every 5 minutes just to maximize business, with no respect for people’s time. The staff kept giving misleading wait-time updates instead of being honest about the delays. If you value professionalism, organization, and basic respect as a patient, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Completely unacceptable scheduling and management.

Monica-Optometrist Technician is The BEST technician that Family Eye Physician/Orland Park location; currently have at this facility!! Monica is VERY professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and Extremely smart and friendly!! Monica definitely knows her job and it’s always a joy for me to have Monica to dialect and test my eyes. Monica is absolutely an amazing employee at Family eye physician.

Absolutely terrible experience at Family Eye Physicians. What is the point of making an appointment if you still end up sitting in the waiting room for over 2.5 hours? They clearly overbook patients nonstop and seem more focused on pushing volume and making money than actually caring about patient experience. The communication was frustrating too — instead of being upfront about the delay, they kept saying “just a few more minutes.” Completely disrespectful of people’s time. I will not be returning.

Dr. Omar she was super nice and polite. I'm so happy and pleased with her service. I'll give her 10 stars out of 5. 😊😊😊😊😊 Also, Julie the front desk receptionist was really amazing.😊😊😊😊
