I’m so impressed with this eye doctor’s office and the entire team! Dr. Rana was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the changes to my prescription. She even compared my new prescription to my old one so I could clearly understand the differences. No eye doctor has ever done that for me before, and I really appreciated the extra care and attention. After my exam, Leslie was absolutely amazing! She was so personable and made choosing my new frames a fun and enjoyable experience. I had such a great time interacting with her and the other associates—they were all welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my visit a positive one. The atmosphere in this office is truly unforgettable. From start to finish, I felt valued and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning for my next eye exam and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

I am very pleased with their service..Christy assisted me in making the best decicion when purchasing my glasses. Christy & Leslie exceeded my expectations..Very proffesional & knowledge to guide me in the process of selecting the Best glasses/frames for me and make adjustments to the frames..Highly recommended. Their personality & Energy is wonderful.
I had a mixed experience overall because everything started off great. The doctor was amazing, and my first visit went very well. However, things became frustrating during a follow-up visit due to what seemed like a major miscommunication within the office. I explained to three different employees why I was there, yet after waiting about an hour, I was told nothing could be done because the manager had just left — despite her being at the counter while I was there. I expressed how inconvenient it was to wait that long for something that could have been handled before she left. What also felt unnecessary was receiving a call from Jacky the manager beforehand saying payment could be taken over the phone “to avoid inconveniencing me,” when I still ended up waiting a significant amount of time anyway. I understand miscommunication happens, but overall the situation felt unorganized and unprofessional.
This place sucks. My family and I have been going here for years, but I went last August to get a new pair of glasses. Immediately, the glasses get extremely dirty no matter how much I cleaned them. When I called, they just told me to put them in a soap/water solution. Well, it still gets extremely dirty. This is an issue because my previous pair from them didn't do this I go in person a few weeks later, and they just tell me the glasses are dirty, and there's nothing they can do. $500 for glasses that have new issues my previous ones DID NOT have, and they refuse to do anything. Fast forward to the past few weeks, I get blinded on the road from other car lights, and they admit it may be due to the glasses. However, they told me I should have done something "within the first 30 days". I came in during that time, and they sent me away. They said that the 30 day period passed since August, there's also nothing they can do. Everyone I talk to tells me something different, and they say I "should have" done something, but when I did, they still refused me. This place is a scam. $500 for glasses with issues they can't explain, refuse to fix, and then blame me, is utterly unacceptable. I should have charged back my credit card, but I decided to give them some grace. For anyone else, go to a place that respects you. I now have been in situations where I cannot see at night because of their glasses, and they refuse to do anything. My life is on the line whenever I drive, and now I need to go somewhere else to see what's going on. They also wanted me to pay for another exam to possibly see if my prescription magically changed in a few months. Scam
While the staff is friendly, it took me at least 4 weeks to get my glasses. When I followed up and called i was told a message was left on my phone a week after my initial visit. I checked my phone, no messages. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and during my initial visit i relayed my dislike for glasses with the wire around the lens.. One pair of the glasses i ordered has that wire. This same pair of glasses while i was cleaning it the lens felt like it was going to pop out and i did drop my glasses. Now they are scratched.. I didn't get any additional warranty.. i'll go back to my other glasses.. i doubt i'll ever visit America's best again.
