America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I’m a truck driver from Canada and had been dealing with an eye problem for 3 days while on the road. I visited Dr. Denise Bishop, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. She was professional, kind, and took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain the treatment clearly. She understood that I was traveling and made sure I knew exactly what to do before getting back on the road. The staff was also friendly, and the entire visit was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Bishop to anyone looking for an excellent and caring eye doctor. Thank you for helping me.

Three words for this business. Negligent. Inconsiderate. Scammers. I ordered contacts on 2/2. Paid almost $300. It’s now 3/17 and I have yet to receive them. I have talked to 3 people at the Collinsville location, including their negligent manager, and I am told they are on back order and they can’t do anything. I said I wanted to cancel them and receive a refund and the manager said no. I have had a business for 17 years and never would I tell a client they cannot cancel and receive a refund for a product they haven’t even received! They also cannot provide a date when the contacts will arrive! The next step is to go higher up in their food chain to corporate, but I am not confident they will be much better if this is what they are hiring at their stores. I was told by 2 people that the District manager would contact me and that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call. Run quickly away from this place until you want to get ripped off.

Dr. Bishop is the Greatest! She got me in same day, the staff is superb with customer service! Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and they really go above and beyond to work with you💫💞

Where do I start? Such EXCELLENT service from beginning to end. Pam checked me in and was very polite. Olivia did the preliminary exam, and you could tell how comfortable she was in her role. Megan adjusted the glasses I walked in with and was very helpful reducing the number of frames I was considering from 4 to 2 (always so hard to decide). Dr. Bishop answered all my questions about, you guessed it, my eyesight. Finally, Robin was instrumental in my getting all the benefits my insurance afforded me! I walked out shocked by the price (1/2 of what I paid my last trip to the eye doctor) for two pair of transitional glasses! I highly recommend this America’s Best. Go there, and you’ll see (pun intended)!
