America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I haven't been to an eye doctor in years, I went to America's best to get an eye exam as a walk in and also to change the lens of my ray ban meta to prescription. The entire process was smooth and easy. The price for what I wanted done on ray ban meta was around the price I thought it was going to cost since I knew it was a little difference service. I also got my glasses in a timely fashion and now I can wear my ray ban everywhere I go.

My daughter and I were time customers at this location. Office was clean, staff was professional and Leslie who was the young lady who checked us out, also helped us pick out frames, and not only did she explain all the options but showed real life examples of what the different options looked like. She also took the time to explain the different prices, go over what my insurance covered and was very patient and polite despite my slew of questions. She alone made what’s usually a very boring task quite delightful.

I love going to the South Elgin commons location at 414 S. Randall Rd. because everyone goes above and beyond! Shout out to Marisol, April and Joanne who helped pick the perfect two pairs of glasses!! Thank you all so very much for your patience and kindness…

The experience at America's Best was exceptional. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and eagerness to assist. In particular, Gianni Alvarado exhibited exceptional patience in providing contact lens training to my 14-year-old son. Additionally, they efficiently facilitated the process of obtaining a replacement pair of glasses. I highly recommend America's Best Contact and Eyeglasses in South Elgin for all eye care needs. It was a comprehensively positive experience, and we will undoubtedly return for future eye care requirements.
