America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I am a new customer in 2026 at the Yorkville, IL and have seen 2 different Drs and talked to 4 different women who work there over the last 4 months while I decided on new scripts for contacts & glasses. Everyone has been soo kind, relatable, & patient while I worked through getting my script just the way I like it! Not to mention we’ve had so many laughs with picking out new Pair toppers! I highly recommend this location and I truly appreciate their support & kindness! Plus I absolutely love my new glasses 🤓 Thanks!!

I had a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. They made the whole process super easy, from checking in to the eye exam and picking out frames. Thank you Lily, Sarah, Natalia, and Brisa! The doctor and medical assistant were very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my prescription. Brisa is the best!! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. There was also a really nice selection of frames at affordable prices, so I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while choosing (I took almost 2 hours and they didn’t say anything about it!) The service was efficient, the staff was kind, and the prices were great. I would definitely recommend this location of America’s Best to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I have gone to many America's Best locations over the years. The Yorkville location is by far MY FAVORITE! The staff are AMAZING! I went in this morning to see about fixing my Pair Eyewear glasses that broke due to a fall. Michelle and Sandy were so kind and helpful! I have a new pair of their Pair Eyewear glasses coming soon! Thank you so much ladies!! Also love being able to chat with Sandy about the toppers for my glasses!

I went in May after my glasses broke to get a new glasses perscription. I got it, only to find out ordering the glasses was going to be at least 300 dollars at the lowest they’ll go with a pair of frames that were on clearance. I couldn’t afford it, and at first I just assumed it was because I have a stronger perscription and such so it makes sense it’s so expensive! Except, I get home and check Americas best website, only to find the SAME EXACT FRAMES WITH TRANSITIONS, protection EVERYTHING were 197. So I place the order online instead, only to have my perscription not be validated by the very store I WAS AT AN HOUR PRIOR, I ended up going to the Framery and ordering glasses there because I NEEDED them. I go to check my perscription today, after being seen 05/08/2026 to see it’s expired! A perscription I got IN MAY, OF THIS YEAR, is LISTED AS EXPIRED. Ridiculous I will not ever be going to this location, NOR AMERICAS BEST AGAIN. Worst part is they changed my vision insurance for the visit so I CANNOT GET AN UPDATED PERSCRIPTION UNTIL NEXT YEAR. Additionally, I was scheduled for an appointment a week later after I went to my appointment on 05/08/2026 I DID NOT CONSENT TO THE APPT ON 05/14/2026, it was cancelled early in the morning same day. No idea why this was set. Covered up personal information of course. But this needs to be made aware to whoever is in charge of this location.

Brisa and Natalia were so helpful Brisa did my pretest and Natalia helped me find glasses! Dr. Margaret shared some helpful tips with my glasses and contacts. Great customer service!!
