America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Most of the staff great. Dr great. I went in for the promotion of two pair of progressive lenses no coating two frames $195.00. a bargain. I get to desk, girl goes these are crappy progressive lenses. Excuse me. Why would I spend $200.00 for crappy lenses. She says well I have to tell you, most people want to know. What I now know is America's Best gets you in the door ona lie badically. But for another 200.00 I can get mid range progressives. I asked for my prescription and bill for exam only. This girl would not be quiet, telling me bad review reflects on her. Can't go anywhere else for cheap glasses. 200 for smudgy couldn't safely walk down stairs lenses isn't cheap. Be prepared for Mark ups. When you ask to please stop talking she just kept on and on all the way out of the door.

The manager turned me onto their band of extended contacts. They are amazing!! So glad she did. And all of the employees are very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Great place for eye care. Totally recommend them!

I had an appointment scheduled for March 28, 2026. I get a call and text letting me know they had to cancel because the doctor had an emergency. Ok things happen, I mean at least the called me an hour before my appointment time. I ended up rescheduling my appointment for Thursday April 2,2026. Again I get a call saying that they had to cancel because the doctor was sick. Seriously twice in a row I get my appointment canceled. I mean do they only have ONE doctor available?! I quickly scheduled an appointment at a different AB for today. Luckily they had times available and I was able to go and get my eye checked.

I had a wonderful experience with them. Lots of smiles and great attitudes. Adrienne and Sabrina answered any and all questions I had with smiles. I got my glasses pretty quick and provided me with options if I had any issues with them. Will definitely return whenever I have any contact or eyeglass needs.

I can’t say enough good things about America’s Best on Emerson! The manager has helped me more than I imagined. Another eye glass place wanted to charge me $179.00 for the same change in glasses that Americas Best was able to redo for no extra cost! Opened my eyes a lot. They have my business from now on!
