I had an excellent experience at this office from start to finish. The doctor and entire staff were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Everyone took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was how personable and welcoming the team was. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear that they are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is both highly skilled and truly invested in their patients. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Dr Patrick Richard is the best. He spends time with you; makes you feel comfortable and important to him - and explains things to you. The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice!!

Dr Jahnke was great. I believe she was thorough and explained everything (scans, images,). A lot of Drs would simply say your eyes look healthy. She went beyond that explaining the image of my optic nerve, etc. That may be more information than a lot of people want but I found it to be very educational. The optician was great. She adjusted my existing glasses before I left even though I didn’t but them there.

I love visiting the Greenwood office because the ladies have so much fun. You can tell they work hard but also laugh along the way. It makes you feel a part of their friendship. I always feel like I am the priority when I am there. Frames and all the things are not a fun expense so they walk you through every part and make sure you feel comfortable with your financial decision.

Cannot say enough about Greenwood Vision Eye care. Dr. Olivia and Dr. Richards are the BEST on the south side of Indy . From the moment you walk in and greeted by the friendliest staff, with little to no wait time for your appointment ,state of the art equipment that they use for your exam …And the expertise of the doctors taking all their time for your questions and exam !! Exceptional care all the way around.🙌😊
