I wish I could leave 0 stars. Upon entering, no greeting just a “appointment or pick up?”, from an employee across the room. A different employee approached me and told me to come to their desk, in which as soon as I sat, there was a phone call. She answered the call and began to talk about her personal business and her hours and how something was angering her, her statement was “it’s pissing me off.” That was very unprofessional and was stated in front of my two small children. I didn’t see a name tag on her but she was an older blonde haired lady. She continued to have a conversation for about two minutes before I asked for someone else to help me. The other two employees were standing right behind her, seemingly working on someone’s glasses (didn’t seem to require two people), and finally helped me, after I asked if someone else could assist me. Will be switching where I buy my contacts from soon.
