I ran late to the appointment that I had and Amber was so kind and said we are here for you take your time and be careful! She was on point with her professionalism and customer service and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. She also took her time and explained to me the different types of bifocals! Dr Brian Bratcher is very professional and comical all at the same time! He will also answer any questions that you have and he does a very thorough exam! I highly recommend this place and I will always highly recommend this place! Thank you guys for your great service 🌺

Fantastic business. My doctor was phenomenal, the lady (Amber) treated me like royalty, the shop was clean and organized and I can not recommend this business enough! If you need a great eye doctor and an unbelievable sales attendant come here and ask for Amber!

Amber, at the Mandeville location, was very helpful in assisting my wife with fixing her eye glasses. She was friendly and knowledgeable, she did a great job in correcting her glasses. Would definitely come back to Vision Optique for all my eye wear needs and request Amber assistance.

Thanks to Amber I had a great experience at Vision Optique in Mandeville! She took the time to help me find a frame that I not only loved, but that would also work perfectly with my prescription. She was extremely professional, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. Amber is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a master of her craft. I’m so grateful for her patience and expertise — highly recommend seeing her if you're looking for quality service and a nice pair of glasses!

We went to get new lenses put an existing frames up here two years ago and went to get another pair of glasses because my daughter had lost her over the weekend with her grandparents and said we were not eligible to find out initially charge incorrectly for frame and then they charge us for a second pair and then they said in the process of trying to delete the second fraudulent pair charge they accidentally added the third and just left it like that until we had to get our insurance provider to contact them
