I had the best experience at Eye Wares. Dr. Agnew was so helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses for me. She has wonderful style and taste, and the brands and options she carries are unique and so chic. I’ve received so many compliments on my glasses and feel so confident wearing them. Her entire team made the visit fun and enjoyable from start to finish.

The entire EyeWares staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure my eye exam was a pleasant and worry free experience. I was greeted with smiles, my pre-visit paperwork was already addressed, and my exam started and was completed on time. My exam was thorough and took place in a pleasant environment. Dr. Agnew’s review was incredibly detailed yet calming as she took time explaining results and directed me towards next steps. Thank you Dr. Agnew for your professionalism, care and support. Thank you Ali for completing my paperwork, properly fitting my new glasses, and sharing your personal kindness. Much appreciated.

The VA sent me here. I came in for issues with dry eye secondary to medication for depression due to my military service. The doctor straight up told me to do talk therapy and looked me up and down and said to go to the gym and get off of my medication. Ironically enough, I had come to this appointment from the working out at the gym. Guess I am not fit enough according to her standard. If she had asked me a single question about my situation, she would have known I also already do “talk therapy.” I was telling my husband my experience as we were walking outside and I think the secretary overheard and sent the Dr. out. She came outside to ask if I had an issue with my experience and when I tried to tell her she told me to leave and offered no apology. I can say as a veteran, I have never had a worse experience at a medical office and would never recommend a fellow veteran go here and support this place. I will be submitting a formal complaint so the VA can reconsider using this facility moving forward.

I was here the other day with my wife for her appt concerning her eye issue/assessment. Female doctor said she doesn’t diagnose or treat issues however she recommended to fix my wife’s issue was to go to the gym and try talk therapy…. This is not her place to say. Mind you, she did not even ask her what is she been doing on her own to remedy the situation. She didn’t care to hear her story. Also, I was speaking to another man who was there and right after we left, he and his wife also left to take their business elsewhere because he also received rude customer service. What an embarrassment of a business.

I have been going to Eye wares for about 10 years. Great customer service. The Dr. after examining both my son and me, she helped us select frames for our glasses.
