This review is to highlight Dr. Amy Snell. I’ve been a loyal patient for over 10+ years and with great reason. I had always been insecure of my poor vision though over the years Dr. Amy Snell has not only helped me improve my vision but made me feel like a person, a friend, not just a patient. This doctor excels in her profession and I refer any of my less than par vision pals and family to America’s Best for Dr. Amy Snell and her team! The whole staff makes you feel not quite so bad being vision impaired 😉 Thanks for coming back to SWLA 🙌

My glasses were made incorrectly twice. They did not notify me that my glasses were ready for pick up after over 8 weeks of back-and-forth. There are a few nice people in there, but this was a very bad experience.

Very professional and personable service. Shout out to Amy Snell my O.D., she was so kind and engaging; answered all my questions. She is a great conversationalist as well. I also want to acknowledge my customer service rep, Taj, she was charming and professional.

Recently, my son visited your establishment for an eye exam for both contact lenses and eyeglasses. As a long time customer, my experiences in the past have not always met expectations; however, due to insurance requirements, I have continued to utilize their services. I am pleased to share that this most recent visit was exceptionally positive. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to assist. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and efficient, and all of our questions and needs were addressed thoroughly. I would like to commend your team for delivering such a high level of service. It is increasingly rare to encounter this standard of customer care, and it made a meaningful difference in our experience. Best crew this morning. Dr Amy Snell O.D. was great and very knowledgeable. Forgot her name, but the lady who conducts the pre-assessment was very nice and thorough. All the receptionists/team members were really nice to me. Great customer service I've felt in awhile.
