Dr.McClure has got to be the best eye doctor in Louisiana and beyond that I have ever gone to. So impressed! Dr. Wayne McClure is brilliant!!!! He is kind, and is so pleasant!!! He has a good spirit. He explained everything well, and he said that he loves his job! You can tell he does!! I was so fortunate to have found him. They had me in the room as soon as I filled out my paperwork. I feel like I have found a diamond 💎 of a doctor. So happy!!. I'm waiting on my trial contacts to come in. He said that I had astigmatism so he is putting me into Toric Lenses. The last doctor that I went to told me that I didn't have astigmatism anymore after having it for 20 plus years and that I needed cataract surgery immediately!!! That it was urgent. He didn't agree with that diagnosis about the urgency of cataract surgery after doing his complete testing. What??? Just have slight cataracts. They have a Nikon machine that takes photos inside your eyes. It made me feel so good to get a second opinion from a doctor that knew what he was talking about. I can't say enough about TSO in Lake Charles. Great place.. Wanda Carole

I had a wonderful visit with Dr Wayne Mcclure at TSO in Lake Charles. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and kind. He has wonderful bedside manner. He has a wonderful staff who are very helpful in picking out my frames for the new glasses , I have coming. I found the office to be extremely clean and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office and Doctor Mcclure.

My visit to Texas State Optical was excellent!! From walking through the door to walking out when my visit came to the end I was greeted and treated with the best and friendliest care. The staff and Dr was very professional, kind and courteous!! I highly recommend them.🩷

Dr. McClure really knows his stuff. He is personable, knowledgeable, informative, and just plain nice. His staff is friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with my experience at TSO. This was the first time I didn't feel rushed in an eye exam and everything was explained to me. The front office was very nice and one lady helped me pick out new frames. Overall 10/10
