Chase helped me in such a big way. Beyond thankful. And I didn't have to wait long. He did everything he could to help fix my son's glasses. And he did! I will absolutely go back.

I JUST went in today. Had Savanna attempt to clean my glasses, and she tried to bring them in despite me having a wider head. The second time, the assistant manager simply wiped off my glasses with cloth. My fiancé asked him to actually look at the glasses, the asst. manager absolutely did NOT and emotionlessly/coldly told him they were scratched. You can see (if the images are attached) there are no scratches. Chase told my fiancé they would cost $200 to fix, despite that never being the price before. They were never that high earlier this year, a few months ago $200 to fix lenses that 1.aren't scratched and 2.were not properly looked at. I had to clean my glasses again with my shirt, and my t-shirt did a much better job.
Went in to store to replace wifes glasses which broke. Talked with Chase. He gave my wife choices of new frames to replace broken ones. Chase was very Professional in every step of the way to replace damages glasses. Will buy from Chase again at the Hammond LA store
I had Chase as the person who helped through the lens pick out process and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Chase!!
I've heard the staff talk about other people and customers when they think we can not hear them. They're so rude and cannot seem to keep anyone but the same troublesome people. That says something that anyone nice always leaves.
