Have used Tangi Vision for a few years now. It's always been a positive experience with appts going smoothly and the staff being courteous. Today's visit inc my granddaughter getting contacts for the first time and Dr. Warren's assistant spent more than an hour helping her learn how to (comfortably) put them in and remove them. She was patient and kind the entire time and never rushed her. We are thankful 🙂

VETERANS come here. 5/5 service and support. Unlike the other local opticians. As a disabled veteran, I try to ensure that my money stays within local pockets- not whisked away by big franchises. After calling all the local opticians in the Tangipahoa parish. This was the only place that would use my VA prescription for glasses and allow me to pay out of pocket for contact prescription- without having to purchase a glasses script. That the VA already provides. I tried explaining my needs to other non-franchise and franchise opticians in Tangipahoa parish. All of them tried to charge me 160-200$$. Disabled Veterans know budget restraint. Dr. Cooke was the only one willing to take us veterans in. The rest only wanted that $$$. If you are a veteran in need of contacts. Come here. Don’t waste your time at the other locations like I did. Check my other reviews for proof…
Had a great experiences! The very nice ladies working in the front helped me find some great glasses and were very understanding when I had a delay before I could come back in and pick them up! They have all been incredibly pleasant every time I’ve been in. Will be returning, as well as steering the rest of my family to get their eyes checked here
They ordered me lenses for my RayBans. They said they could place the new lenses in the frames (bought elsewhere). They broke my RayBan frames and refused to replace them. They said they would replace them with an off brand but that’s not the same. They didn’t even care to lose me as a patient. They sell low dollar frames for low dollar service. I get better service at Americas Best and a MUCH bigger frame selection. Go ANYWHERE else! EDIT: They never once mentioned that they COULDN'T do the frames! NOT ONCE! They even offered to do my second pair of frames bought elsewhere. So, while that may be their policy, they don't make it aware to anyone. SHADY PRACTICES!
I needed new glass before I left home for college. The entire staff was so amazing and friendly. Dr. Warren had me laughing the entire time. Such a great crew!
