My experience was amazing, I stopped by to ask for prices and promotions. Brian was very helpful, he patiently explained the programs and promotions. I knew right away this was the place to have my daughter's exam done. Very pleased with their staff.
The workers were kind, efficient, helpful & you can tell it's a family in that environment. It felt comfortable & I do recommend this place. They also let you know every step/price which is super great!
The Optometrist, Brittany, and Receptionist are by far the best when it comes to attitude and overall customer service. Their encounters are and have always been pleasant and professional. They make the visit worth it regardless of the other not so friendly and professional demeanors. As long as they are at this location, I will continue to come here.
Kennika was amazing. Upon our meeting, she was professional and humorous! She me laughing during our entire interaction. If you go the Calumet City location, please ask Kennika!
I set my appointment for 4/8/2026 at 10:40 am. I arrived for my appointment at 4/8/2026 at 10:30 am. I sat and waited until 11:05, and they had the audacity to say thank you for your patience. And, I'm still waiting for the eye doctor. Ridiculous!!! Stay away from the Americas Best in Calumet City, IL
