I received exceptional customer service from the moment I visited. I was able to take my current prescription and purchase contact lenses and glasses at a discounted price. All staff were friendly and accommodating to my eye health needs. Special thanks to Kelsey for working with me to get contacts in timely and correctly! Kelcey was great to work with. She was patient with me; I never felt rushed. She explained how progressives work and helped me decide if they were right for me. She didn’t push anything unnecessary. Kelcey actually listened and took the time to get it exactly right. I definitely recommend her and will go back for prescription sunglasses. I think she went over and above what a private practice would do. The exam process was quick and easy, with no waiting. It was a virtual exam, but with a real doctor on screen. He answered all my questions, and it felt like he was there in person. I was just as happy with the experience. I never felt pressured to upgrade lenses - I was simply informed about the options and reasons why I might want them. Thanks Kelcey!

Best experience ever! I knew I needed glasses (old age) so I called Americas best and Kelcey helped me from setting up my appointment right away and through the whole process! She even called me after to follow up and make sure everything was going great! She made this transition so much easier! Couldn’t have done it without her assistance!

Saw Kelsey back in January and got three pairs of glasses, one new sun glasses and got an old pair updated with new lenses. They all came in super fast, they look great and I have no issues with them! She was real friendly and very professional while dealing with me. I am will be returning just because she the store was very swamped when I was there and she handled everything very well and stayed attentive to me and our set appointment. I’ve been coming here for years and was incredibly disappointed by my most recent visit. The optometrist was wonderful, but most of the other staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked in for my eye exam, one employee said, “Well, I was about to clock out, but I guess not.” I was given incorrect information for my insurance and treated like I was asking for something unreasonable when I tried to get clarification. I also had to come back THREE separate times to pick up my items after being told everything was ready. During one visit, I was told, “You’re going to have to wait. I’m busy right now,” in a very rude manner. I completely understand being busy, but there are professional ways to speak to customers. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment here before, which made it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
