Monty was very professional. I’ve seen him twice now, and both times he provided great customer service. He was the one who checked me out after my eye exam, and he was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated the positive experience.

Alexis helped me with the glasses frame, payment, shipping, end of visit fluff and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She understood time is essential and actually helped me save time and money. She is great at her job! Everyone there was very kind and great! Will be back!

Tried to use my card, they weren’t able to do partial pay after swiping the card, they said they hit no/decline so I could pay a different way but still ended up processing and taking $357 out of my account. Glasses still not ordered. Now I have to go back in to get a “return” on the money they took from me because they can’t do it over the phone. Then I have to wait for that return to come in before I can order again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ok experience, bought glasses and paid in full (way more expensive than advertised) . Got a bill months later that said they under charged me, had to fight it to keep it from going to collections. Beware. Try Eyeconic in Independence. The doctor is awesome and they were very up front about pricing.

The people that work there are great. Monty did a fantastic job and knows his business as far as talking to us about glasses. But we should not have had to wait 1 hour after our appointment before we got in to see the eye doctor. She did a great job too once we got in there.
