America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I never would've thought I would describe an eye appointment as fun... but the staff at this particular America's Best was absolutely amazing. Every single person that worked there was so friendly and helpful. I felt like I was hanging out with friends, kudos to Jenny the general manager for building such a stellar team!

Love the doctor at this location. He seems really down to earth, easy to talk to, listens and addresses all my concerns (im a negative 12). Everyone that works at this location actually really works. I've been to a few American Best around the area and this location has the best service in my opinion. Quick in and out and got my glasses in 7 days. My son who went to another location is still waiting for his glasses and his appointment was days before mine.

Met Diba 6/3/26 greeted me with warmth and a smile as soon as I walked in the building. I came in with a friend referral but as I was waiting on my friend, I decided to rebuy a pair I had lost a few years ago. I couldn’t remember the designer of the frames. Diba was oh so very helpful. She looked up my history and helped me to narrow down what pair it might be with prescription and all. She felt genuine and I felt comfortable with her professionalism. I plan to buy the glasse/shades soon and I hope she will be available. I will call to make sure. 😊👍🏾

I got a Nike frame with lenses here in December 2024 after my exam. When I purchased, I was told that if anything happened within a year, I could pay about $20 to replace the frame. Three months later, the frame handle broke. When I went back, the staff told me I only had one replacement per year and advised me to keep using the broken frame until closer to the end of the year. Today (09/03/25), I returned and was told by the same people that they couldn’t do anything because I “didn’t have a warranty.” I left feeling embarrassed, misled, and honestly cheated. I trusted America’s Best because I thought they were reputable, but this experience showed otherwise. If you decide to shop here, make sure you get everything in writing. Personally, I’ll be looking for a more reliable place for my frames and lenses.

I absolutely love this location(Pineville)This trip to this location I had the pleasure of meeting DIBA a.k.a. the beautiful diva. Her personality is so rare! She made the entire experience stressless. She was very knowledgeable. She addressed any concerns that I had. Dr. Henderson was also very knowledgeable and it was great to see him again. I will not change to go to any other locations. So America best treat them well you have outstanding employees!!
