My experience today was outstanding. I was blessed to get someone like Alicia. She showed me everything and walked me through everything. I really felt comfortable. She was very professional. They need to have more workers like her so people can feel relax and comfortable and sure about what they’re getting. She knows her job very well.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Kellie and Alicia! Their customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work
Kellie was amazing! She helped me with replacing my lens for frames I already had and was happy with. Accuvision Eye Care next door recommended her and I’m glad they did. Definitely recommend this location!
We had to exchange my new glasses for a pair that didn’t slip down my nose. They tried to fix that but nothing seemed to work! They exchanged the glasses and I got a different brand. Paid the difference between the two( matter of a few dollars). Mitch did a great job for me. The lady that greeted me this time was very pleasant and told me they could work with me. Mitch once again did a good job!!
My visit to Accuvision Eye Care in Pineville on the morning of Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 was nothing short of unprofessional and upsetting. Before my appointment, I explained that my glasses had broken and that I had severe uncorrected visual impairment, leaving me unable to safely drive or effectively perform daily and occupational activities without corrective lenses. I specifically asked whether I could receive a trial pack of contacts to get by until my glasses arrived without having a contact lens exam, and I was told this would be fine. I confirmed this again at check-in. I would have had no issue paying for the contact lens exam had I been given accurate information beforehand. Instead, when I expressed my frustration at checkout about being repeatedly misinformed, another front-desk employee interrupted with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude, telling me it was not their fault I was misinformed and that I should have “done my own research.” I ultimately paid and left on the verge of tears. I hope management takes this experience seriously and provides appropriate oversight and training regarding professionalism, communication, and patient care. I will not be returning to this location and will certainly be sharing my experience with others.
