Amazing customer service. Justin called around to other stores to see if they had my discontinued frames. He found a pair in Chicago. I love those Vera Bradley frames. Blake went thru all my options and was very helpful.

I can't say enough about how this location saved the week for me. I was visiting in town from Virginia for the National Speed Skating Championships and three days into our trip, my contact ripped. Before I left home my order hadn't arrived so I called this location to see if they could assist me with a replacement lens. I was willing to pay for it or whatever was needed but they took excellent care of me. The next morning I was able to swing in and grab not only one lens but they gave me the lens for the other eye as well so I had two fresh lenses in. They went above and beyond in my time of panic and need and I am so grateful for the staff that assisted me with this nightmare.

Great service! Exam was quick and eyewear selection was thorough. The employees were personable and fun! My glasses came in before the expected date and were perfect! Reasonably priced too!!! Would recommend.

Excellent service when contacts came in , trying out the bifocal lenses for the first time which ended up a litte blurry in the distance. Worked with me over phone, in person and even squeezed in an appointment figuring my issues and was very accomadating returning and ordering new!!!

My prescription was wrong way too strong had to see they eye doctor again. Mind you we live over 50 miles away. That got fixed and whoever the lady was that adjusted them did no help. They fall down always pushing them up. Ridiculous for a $200+ pair of glasses. Back in 2012 I had no problem got 2 pair for a good price and my eye exam. I guess with insurance they don't care. They have went downhill. Will never go there again.
