I recently visited America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses with my son and daughter, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the amazing experience we had. Sandy went above and beyond to take care of us from start to finish. She explained everything so clearly, helped us find great deals, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding ,she was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s hard to find people who treat customers with such respect and compassion these days. Thank you, Sandy, for making our visit such a positive experience. You definitely deserve to be recognized!

Came in for new glasses and Sandy was super helpful and very informative. Very polite and friendly. All the staff here was amazing thanks for my new glasses. ❤️ Natasha was very professional and helpful as well.

That places just sucks. The receptionist act like they don’t wanna deal with you. You ask him questions and they’re annoyed. Every time I personally ask a question they give me a total and utter look of content like why are you asking me. Now normally I don’t do this and complain about a place that I go to. I just suck it up and just don’t go back, but it really bothered me and the simple fact that I went to the same place three times and got attitude by three different women working in the counter. I don’t know if they have. We’re having a bad day, but their attitude just sucked.

Had an amazing experience. Natasha was warm and respective. She gave me great advice regarding my glasses and I can’t wait for them to come in so I can ROCK them. Thank you for your honesty and kindness.

The woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. The 1 star is for her behavior only. Imagine walking into a business and the front desk person purposely looks the opposite way while never greeting or acknowledging you. The rest of the staff was great. I found them to be professional, courteous and friendly. That young lady at the front desk needs to learn the basics of customer service.
