My mom and I are both patients, we always have a great experience at Bloomfield Eye Associates. Dr. Lynch is fantastic! She's super knowledgeable, really attentive, and patient, always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have. She makes sure to explain any eye health issues in a way that’s easy to understand. The entire staff is incredible always welcoming and checks you in right away. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and everyone is friendly and efficient when it comes to dealing with insurance and other paperwork. There is no wait time. The office operates efficiently. The waiting room and exam rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, Bloomfield Eye Associates is top-notch!

I highly recommend Dr Giselle Lynch. She is an extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional ophthalmologist. Dr Lynch also has a wonderful ‘bedside manner’. She cares about, listens to and takes time with patients and is very ‘upbeat’. The staff in the office are also caring and professional people. Thank you very much to Bloomfield Eye Associates for another great experience during my appointment! I appreciate it!

I wanted to have the settings of the left eye on my prescription double-checked. Everyone in the office was very nice and accommodating. The optometrist was great to deal with. She immediately understood my concern and quickly took care of it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I been going to this office , since Dr. Glatt was there . I so wanted my last visit summer of 2025 to be my last the Doctor that service me at that time , slow , non caring , I was their literally 2 hrs. and 45 minutes , then I had to come back and finish my exam the following week , pay another 10.00 co-pay again . Due to the fact their machine was broken I had an afternoon appointment, so the doctor was well aware the machine was broken in the am . No one contacted me and even ask me do I want to cancel because they could not complete my service . So I had to come two times a week apart . I was there the second time 2 hrs. 20 minutes. It seems at that time the doctor was not good with spacing her appointments!!! I visited today , saw Dr. Lynch , Hats off to you Dr. Lynch and the staff today !!! I received all my services and regular eye exam . Paid only one copay this time . The Dr. was. Wet knowledgeable, the staff was on point , the Dr. was pleasant and the staff as well . I decided because the office seemed to run much more efficiently and the Dr. was pleasant and caring , the office staff was pleasant as well . I decided to stay with them as long as Dr. Lynch will be servicing me . Hats off to you Dr. Lynch !!!! Staff as well !!! I would recommend Dr.Lynch , and the staff today to family and friends! What a difference from my visit in July 2025 !!! I will be back !!!

The experience was great from start to finish. Dr. Lynch was very professional and asked questions during my exam to confirm how I was feeling. The office staff were all excellent!
