Great experience. Arlene was SO patient and helpful as I had a hard time, to say the least- with feeling comfortable wearing glasses. All the staff is attentive and courteous. The quality is great, also. I definitely recommend.
Hadn't had my eyes checked in quite a long time and expected the old school machine that clicks through lenses and the wall with the letters but was surprised by all of the complicated equipment they use to check and map your eyes. The poster with the letters is now a screen that changes depending on your vision level. It was pretty cool. Also the machine that maps your eyeballs shines a bright light and blows a puff of air straight into your cornea. That was interesting and the last machine is like whack-a-mole except you press the button when you see the dot and the dots all over the screen. I'm sure it has a medical purpose but it was pretty fun cuz it felt like a video game. The staff was very pleasant an appointment was easy to get my insurance covered a lot but we got multiple pairs of glasses and the add-ons and the warranty etc so we had a little out of pocket. Definitely worth it I liked it a lot!
I had a very pleasant experience coming to the store. All the employees made me feel welcomed and valued, they all were especially very kind to me. They helped me look for a pair of new frames as my current ones were damaged. The turn around time for my glasses were very quick as well. I highly recommend people to come to this specific store as the staff try to look out for your best interests with affordable options in mind! I would also like to say personally Suzanne was absolutely wonderful she’s very kind and informative at her job!!
I genuinely look forward to go get my eyes tested/pick up my product! all of the employees are so friendly & make sure you leave satisfied...especially Suzanne! She's so attentive & always goes above and beyond, she also makes you smile which is so refreshing these days!!
If I knew this place had great prices like this I would’ve bee coming here. Customer service is also amazing. Really recommend this location.
